A drunk Kim Wo Bin enter the apartment who he thought was his friend Hak Kyung’s apartment. The apartment was pitched blacked due to an electrical power cut or some faulty wiring. A terrified Eun Ji who had earlier been attacked by an intruder, in fright armed herself with a hammer shivering at the corner. Fearing that the intruder had make a come back attacked Kim Wo Bin with hammer. She continues to hit him with the hammer, where he use a book to blocks her blows. Kim Wo Bin kicks her away & she fall & hit her head on the dumbbell that was lying on the floor. Light came on, & Kim Wo Bin turn her to find that she had sustain a head injury & flees. Jang Joon Ha comes into the apartment to find that Eun Ji is found lying on the floor, dead. He runs & a police patrol card spotted him with his hands smear in blood. He is arrested for the homicide. Kim Wo Bin’s mother Song Yeo Sa tells her son Kim Wo Bin that he is not the one that he didn’t do it. Then Kang Kyung Baek attacks Detective Jo did he seen her son do the killing, whereby Song Yeo Sa, collapse & faints. Jang Joon Ha is drag in to jail. Jang Joon Ha shouts to let him go, he then escape from the custody of Detective Jo. Jang Joon Ha runs out of the police station, follow by a few more police to give chase, as then, Jang Young Ha drives his taxi up & the police managed to apprehend Jang Joon Ha right in front of Jang Young Ha. Jang Joon Ha struggles. Jang Young Ha comes out of the car & pushes the police away
